We want happy customers!

At Bottle Buddi we endeavour to make sure that all our products are in great condition before they leave us, occasionally however you may need to return your item, please follow the instructions for the type of return you wish to make. We will do our very best to make you happy.

Water Bottles

Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return on water bottles and therefor cannot refund any water bottle postage.

You are not happy with your order and would like a refund

If you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days of receiving it, you have a right to return it as long as it is in the same condition when purchased with tags. Please use the “Contact us page” to inform us you would like a refund. You then have 14 days to return the product to us and we will issue you a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

We would advise you to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to Bottle Buddi.

You’ve made a mistake and would like to exchange your order?

If you have ordered the wrong colour and the product/s are still new with tags, we are more than happy to offer an exchange wherever possible. Please print off the returns label and tick exchange on the form.

You have a Faulty Item?

You have a right to a refund or exchange for any faulty goods bought within 30 days from the purchase date. Items over 30 days old may need to be sent off for repair before we can consider a refund/replacement. Please use the “Contact us page” and let us know what the problem is. Where you can please send us pictures as this helps us to improve our service. We will then make an assessment and email you as soon as we can.

Returning a faulty item, please keep your postage receipt as proof and we will refund return postage costs up to 5 GBP once the item has been received.

Oops, you have an Incorrect Item

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order (we are only human) we apologise profusely.  Please let us know using the “contact us page” we will rectify it as quick as we can.
