Was brilliant for the 3 weeks it lasted but week 4 and one of the studs has come off. Quick look on the website and... they only offer a replacement if you've had it less than a month!!! Not a brilliant vote of confidence for their product. Tried to message via their site for the past 2 days but keep getting error messages. Not happy with product or customer service.Updated 4th April
I received a response very quickly and an explanation for the lack of contact. Whilst still disappointed that the product only lasted 3 weeks, the customer service contact has improved. Hopefully ours was a one off faulty product.read more
